With Halloween just around the corner, we’re looking for highway encounters that have really given you the heebie-jeebies.
And the most scream-inducing tale of terror wins a £100 Amazon Voucher!
What qualifies as a ‘scary’ road going experience?
It could be an accident, near miss, blow out or breakdown.
You could have been left stranded on a barren moor in the dead of night with no phone signal… and no snacks to scoff while you wait for recovery.
Road rage can often be a petrifying experience - have you had your own nightmarish run-in?
Or you could be one of the many people who responded to a recent Select Car Leasing survey who said they’d seen a GHOST while on the road.
A staggering 9% of the 1,000 people we polled claimed to have seen a spectre while traversing Britain’s haunted highways and byways. That’s the equivalent of 3.79 million motorists, with around 42 million driving licence holders in the UK.
