The story behind the success of Select is quite something. Started in 2004 by two men with a real passion for cars and people, Mark Tongue and James O'Malley.
With years of experience in the Industry and a belief in exceptional service the pair had a vision to provide people with a smart and hassle-free way of obtaining a brand new car through the concept of leasing. From humble beginnings in a back room of a house in Reading they leased a car to their first customer in March 2004.
Select has now grown to be the UK's leading leasing broker, we have experienced phenomenal growth and now have a family of over 200 staff. Our Head office in Reading is the hub of the business, we're now a major employer in Reading and are proud to be the Principle partner of Reading FC. We're even the official name of the football stadium, recently renamed (July 2021) The 'Select Car Leasing' Stadium.
However, we're now a brand that today has presence and is recognised across the UK. We have worked incredibly hard over the years to establish what is now a fantastic reputation with incredibly strong relationships throughout the Automotive industry in the UK.
