My new car arrived 4months late. Your company informed me on the day that my car was meant to arrive wasn't arriving which cost me a day of work. I was informed on two occasions that my car was arriving but never did. Then it arrived and had to be put in a garage because it didnt work. I had to hire a car from a company which cost me over £600. Not something you want to have to pay out especially when it was over the Xmas period but I had no choice as I was traveling to see family. I am currently still waiting to reimbursed.

Thank you . Could I say we received great service from the team . If I had one slight criticism it would be the delivery date . I work in the care system. I’d sold my car and was desperate for my new car . Having said that the team did try and bring the delivery date forward but to no avail. I think a lot was to do with the holiday period. I had a bad experience with another provider and didn't believe Paul could deliver like he said he could/would. He proved me wrong - got the finance sorted AND got the car delivered to me, all within the space of 2 weeks (I thought I would have to travel to the port to collect). I was in the market for a new van. Of course, I had a budget in mind and also a van I liked. Christopher Reed has gone above and beyond to help me with it. The process was very much straightforward and the van got delivered a month later after purchase.
