This was by far the best experience I've ever had getting a car. I can only put that down to dealing with Nicola Holmes she made it so stress free and was kept upto date every step of the way. I've personally recommended her since getting the car.

An absolutely abysmal experience from select car leasing. Delivery dates cancelled on the day! lack of communication with the whole process ,me chasing them not the other way round to inform me of the reasons why.Delay after delay!I chose this car as it was in stock and wouldn't have to wait,ha ha. To eventually received my new car half an hour ago in the condition it’s in, is appalling! Dirty,sticker marks,and stickers on roof exterior mirrors side panels,scratches,animal paw imprints over bonnet in orange sand, absolutely no pre delivery inspection taken place.Told it was at dealers having a repair which was reason for delay, this car was picked from a storage facility at an abandoned air field apparently by the delivery guys??who aren’ t allowed to remove the stickers in case they scratch paint work!I’m at a loss.This is not the service I was used to from previous experience.

Overall, the experience was very positive — the car I wanted was arranged quickly, the staff were helpful, and communication stayed consistent throughout. The ordering process felt straightforward, and delivery went as expected. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that a couple of small system and portal issues slowed things down slightly. Still, a reliable service I’d happily consider using again.
