Our comprehensive car leasing vehicle maintenance package is a great option that most customers choose. It offers peace of mind, cost savings, convenience and can be easily added to your car lease deal for a fixed monthly fee making budgeting simple.
For your manufacturer’s warranty to remain valid and to meet the obligations of your lease agreement, it’s important that your vehicle is serviced and maintained as per the manufacturers requirements. Regular servicing, maintenance and tyre replacement also helps lower your overall vehicle running costs by keeping your vehicle at optimal efficiency.
To take full advantage of our cost effective maintenance package benefits, you should ideally take out the package prior to delivery of your vehicle, which we can arrange for you either with our comprehensive maintenance provider or the finance company.

For a fixed monthly fee, our comprehensive maintenance package through our trusted partner takes the headache out of getting your new vehicle serviced and maintained.
The package covers:
- All manufacturers’ scheduled services
- Mechanical and electrical repairs and/or replacements including labour
- All repairable and replacement parts required as a result of Fair Wear and Tear; including brake pads, discs, bulbs, batteries, exhausts, belts, wiper blades, alternators, starter motors
- Premium Brand Tyre Replacement and/or Repair
- MOTs (where required)
- Breakdown Assistance and Home Start (UK mainland only)
- Warranty Assistance
- Free collection and delivery service or courtesy car (subject to availability and selected garage)
- Approved, accredited garages and qualified technicians
- Genuine manufacturer parts
- Easy one call / click booking and management process
Exclusions
- Where repairs or replacements are required due to driver error or driver induced faults and accident damage
- Where replacements are needed due to abuse or vandalism or incorrect or inadequate fueling, lubricant or fluid top ups between service intervals
- Missing or broken items e.g. missing hub caps, keys, charging cables
- Damaged windscreen and/or glass replacement
- Tyre replacement due to damage
- Tyre repair outside of tread
- Replacements subject to an insurance claim or where fraud is suspected
Your Obligations
It’s important to understand that all lease vehicles must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers requirements, which includes the frequency of servicing and maintenance and the parts used. This ensures that both the manufacturer’s warranty remains valid and avoids any unnecessary charges from the finance company at the end of the agreement.
To assist you we have 3 options:
- Select Partner Maintenance Package– we’ve created a comprehensive and affordable maintenance package with our trusted partner, that can sit alongside your lease agreement, providing convenient and affordable fixed price maintenance for the duration of your lease agreement.
- Funder Maintenance Package – the finance company can include maintenance in your lease agreement, providing convenient fixed price maintenance for the duration of your lease agreement*
- Pay as you Go (PAYG) – should you wish to pay as you go for all servicing, maintenance, breakdown and tyres, we can provide access to a PAYG service through a trusted partner
* Maintenance packages included in the lease agreement do vary by Finance Company (please ensure you check suitability of coverage when proceeding with a funder Maintenance agreement) Please ask your leasing consultant for further details.
