From the initial call query all the way through to car delivery, the service I've received has been exceptional. Akeel was absolutely brilliant in managing my query and made the process very smooth. I spoke to an advisor, he offered me a good deal the ghosted me for a week, then when he decided to speak to me again, the deal was suddenly gone and offered me something more expensive. Then, when we finally agreed on a car, they told me the initial payment will be made a month after delivery yet I was required to pay it upfront, and when the car was delivered it was faulty and they were not helpful enough, call this one and call this one...a few lies and no one there really to help, because I am respectful I will not name and shame, but I have evidence of everything I wrote here, and calls are recorded so it can be check, just hope they will not convince TrustPilot to delete the review...

First time customer of Select Car Leasing and new to leasing altogether. Initially I went with another leasing provider and after 3 weeks of chasing we were getting nowhere. Cue Select: enquiry email 11pm, initial call 09:20 next morning (23rd of Dec), finance authorised and order placed 11:00 same day. Car delivered on 14th Jan. They set the bar too high, if anything
