Very personal service provided by select. Very knowledgeable about car specs and is able to give advice on models that suit your needs. Very friendly and efficient, came back to us when promised and always provides backup if you are unsure about the process. Would recommend without hesitation.

From the search on the website,to the set up of the lease with help from (Malik)and delivery of the vehicle in just under 3 weeks, everything was seamless, the only negative I have,on delivery i found the vehicle had several imperfections to the body work including a chipped n/s/f door handle. Once I had made my selection online, I received a friendly phone call from Rory Turner, who was extremely knowledgeable about my car and the whole process, and he talked me through the necessary documents for the finance, etc. Rory sent regular updates on the progress of my application. It was an easy and pleasant experience. Great to deal with a real person!

I am appalled by the lack of service following my cancellation of my car due to a having to remortgage. I cancelled this order on 6th February 2026, well within the 14-day cooling-off period. I was advised that the process would take up to 28 days. It has now been over 6 weeks (43 days) and I still have not received my refund or even a basic update. I have been in contact with Sarah Schatynski, but my formal follow-up emails on 24th February and 12th March have been completely ignored by her and the Cancellations Team at Select Car Leasing. Even after I issued a final 48-hour notice for a response, there has been total radio silence. It is unprofessional and unacceptable to hold a customer's funds for 43 days without a single update or a confirmed refund date. Since Sarah Schatynski and the team have failed to provide any information, I am now escalating this matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Prospective customers: be warned. If you change your mind or cancel within your legal rights, Select Car Leasing makes it incredibly difficult to get your money back.
