- Updates for Ineos' commercial vehicles
- Grenadier Commercial and Grenadier Quartermaster pick-up benefit
- New steering set-up for better useability
- Off-road prowess unchanged

Ineos has introduced a set of updates for the 2026 model year Grenadier Commercial and Grenadier Quartermaster pick-up.
The overhaul promises improved on-road manners and everyday usability while leaving the vehicles’ core off-road hardware untouched.
The headline change is a revised steering system fitted to both models.
The Grenadier range now gains a variable-ratio steering box, which Ineos says delivers a firmer and more accurate feel around the straight-ahead position. According to Ineos, this improves stability at speed and gives drivers more confidence during lane changes and overtaking, without affecting steering behaviour at full lock — an important point for those who rely on the Grenadier’s off-road capability.

Manoeuvrability has also been improved.
Revised steering stops reduce the turning circle by around 5%, making the Grenadier Commercial and Quartermaster easier to handle in tighter spaces. That should be welcome news for operators using the vehicles in urban environments, depots, farmyards or narrow access tracks.
Inside the cab, Ineos has upgraded the climate control hardware to improve the consistency and predictability of heating and cooling.
The 2026 update also brings changes to the Grenadier’s advanced driver assistance systems, in line with the latest regulations. A new home-screen shortcut allows drivers to deactivate the Intelligent Speed Assist audible alert more quickly, reducing unnecessary distraction while remaining compliant with legislation.

The Grenadier Commercial continues unchanged in its core specification, retaining its two-seat layout and load-focused configuration. Pricing for the 2026 model year starts at £51,930 plus VAT, pleasingly unchanged from 2025.
The Grenadier Quartermaster pick-up also carries over its existing specification, with prices still starting from £62,495.

Alongside these updates, Ineos has introduced a new Black Edition to the wider Grenadier range for 2026. This is available on the station wagon SUV and Quartermaster models, but not on the Commercial version.
