If you’re looking to make electric vehicle enjoyment simpler and more affordable, our exclusive EV partners are here to help.
Select Car Leasing has joined forces with leading firms that offer a wide range of practical solutions when it comes to EVs.
Whether it’s finding the right energy tariff, charging at home when you don’t have your own driveway, or installing chargers at your place of work, we’ve got all bases covered.
Below we highlight some of our key partners and what they can offer you.

Energy & home charging: E.ON Next
We’ve teamed-up with E.ON Next to offer a one-stop EV charging shop for customers.
Lease an EV (or plug-in hybrid) with Select and switch to ‘Next Drive’ (E.ON Next’s low off-peak charging EV tariff), and you automatically get a £150 energy credit, completely free.
What’s more, our partnership with E.ON Next means Select customers can claim £75 off their E.ON Next EV charger.

Home charging: Kerbo Charge
Charging an EV at home when you don’t have off-street parking can be a headache.
But there’s a solution in the form of Kerbo Charge. This innovative UK firm can install a pavement-integrated cable channel that lets residents without driveways safely run a charging cable from their home charger to their car.
You can enjoy £350 off through the government’s cross-pavement grant and there are flexible payment options, too.

Workplace & commercial charging: Roam Charging
We’ve partnered with Roam to make EV chargepoint operation accessible for every kind of business - workplaces, apartment blocks, hotels and more.
Roam will match the best charging solution to your business, the infrastructure is designed to scale with your needs, and there are capital-free and self-funded finance routes available.
What’s more, you can also rely on comprehensive aftercare and maintenance.

Public Charging & journey planning: Zapmap
Zapmap is the go-to app for planning where to charge on trips in an electric vehicle.
And when you lease an EV with Select, you get 3 months free access to Zapmap ‘Premium’, the top tier subscription that unlocks features like 5% off your charging when you pay through Zapmap (up to a maximum of 50 kWh each month), as well as advanced app filters, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.

Vehicle protection: Motoreasy
While not an EV-specific alliance, Select’s partnership with Motoreasy helps you protect your vehicle in the event of accident or unforeseen damage.
Our friends at Motoreasy offer lots of different warranty/insurance products, from extended warranties (that go beyond the manufacturer’s own) to GAP Insurance, which covers any financial shortfall in the event of a total loss claim.
If you take out lease GAP Insurance with Motoreasy, Select will even waive the arrangement fee (subject to available cars and specification required) on your replacement vehicle, saving you around £350 in the process.

Public charging: InstaVolt
A close ally of Select, InstaVolt operates one of the UK's largest rapid charging networks, helping EV drivers charge quickly and conveniently while on the move.
With contactless payment and straightforward pricing, InstaVolt has built a reputation for making public charging simple and accessible.
You'll even find InstaVolt chargers at the Select Car Leasing Stadium, home to Reading FC.
