• You must have ordered a vehicle with Select Car Leasing and accepted for us to share your data with MotorEasy
• The P11D value of the car must be up to £125k
• The plan is valid for the agreed time with MotorEasy from the point that your lease starts. If your vehicle is repossessed this might be before the contract is expected to finish
• You have the right to cancel this policy at any time by contacting the administrator. You might receive a refund
• This plan is based on the information you provided about yourself and the vehicle. You must notify us immediately of any changes
• The plan may not be valid if changes in your circumstances affect the cover provided
• You must not continue to drive the vehicle after an incident if it could cause further damage
• This plan cannot be transferred to another person or used as security for a debt
• Payout in 24 hours of claim approval
• You can take the plan if:

         o You are a individual or sole trader

         o 18 years old or over at the start date

         o Reside in the UK, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands throughout the contract

         o Leasee of the fully comprehensive motor insured vehicle for the entire policy

         o The vehicle must be less than 8 years old when the policy starts

         o If the vehicle is more than 3 years old it must have a valid MOT

         o The vehicle must have covered less than 80,000 miles when the policy starts

         o Hold a valid full driving license

• We will cover at MotorEasy's discretion:

         o Includes cars and vans up to 3500kgs

         o Covers initial payments up to £3,000 - only claimable once a new lease is entered with Select Car Leasing and the initial payment has been made. The new lease must have been signed in 3 months from the write off of the previous vehicle

         o Motor insurer excess covered up to £500

         o In the event of a approved claim subject to the terms and conditions of this policy we will pay you a minimum of £150

         o Maximum benefit is £15k

         o Outstanding finance is covered

         o Covers early termination fees up to £15,000

• Your cover will include:

         o Cars less than 8 Years old and less than 80,000 miles when the policy starts

         o Up to 4 years cover

         o 12 interest fee instalments

• Your obligations:

         o You must give us accurate and complete answers to all questions we may ask you

         o You must tell us about any changes to your personal details

         o You must report any claim to us within 60 days

         o You must contact the administrator before accepting any offer from the motor insurers

         o Any theft of malicious damage loss must be reported to the police

• The following is not covered:

         o Any vehicle not shown in our glass’s guide 

         o Any use of the vehicle for competition, racing, pace-making, reliability trails, speed testing or off-road. times

         o Any claim if theft or damage claims if the incident has not been reported to the police; times

         o Any claim if theft or damage happens while the vehicle is unlocked, or if the keys or starting device are left in, or on, the vehicle. times

        o Any claim if the vehicle would have been economically repairable but because of your intervention (or the intervention of anyone acting on your behalf), it is declared a total loss by your motor insurer; times

        o Any vehicle if you are not the registered keeper or named on the finance agreement. times

        o Any claim if your motor insurer offers to provide a replacement vehicle as settlement of your claim, whether you accept it or not




Select Live event prize draw

• About the Prize Draw
• This prize draw is operated and promoted by Select Car Leasing (the “Promoter”).
• The Prize
• The prize is a 6-month lease (183 days) on a Mini Electric or a similar electric vehicle, subject to availability and change at the Promoter’s discretion (the “Prize”).
• The lease includes a mileage allowance of up to 2,500 miles total.
• Insurance, maintenance, and any optional cover (GAP, alloy, cosmetic etc.) are not included.
• Prize Draw Entry & Eligibility
• The prize draw is open to mainland UK residents aged 25 and over, holding a valid full UK driving licence for at least 5 years, with no prior driving convictions or active insurance claims within the past 5 years.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Entry is only available to attendees of the Select Live event on 2nd October 2025, who scan the prize draw QR code at event registration and complete the entry form on the day.
• Employees of Select Car Leasing and any individuals working at the event on behalf of the Promoter or its partners are excluded from entry.
• Key Dates
• Prize Draw opens: 9:00 AM on 2nd October 2025
• Prize Draw closes: 11:59 PM on 2nd October 2025
• Winner selected at random on or before 8 October 2025
• Winner notified by telephone or email no later than 8 October 2025
• If the Winner does not acknowledge and claim the Prize by 9:00 AM on 9th October 2025, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new Winner.
• Winner Responsibilities
• The Winner must:
• Collect and return the vehicle to Select Car Leasing, Pacific House, Imperial Way, Reading, RG2 0TD.
• Provide valid proof of identity, address, and driving licence details before handover.
• Keep the vehicle in excellent condition throughout the lease period.
• Cover all running costs including electricity/fuel, congestion charges, tolls, fines, and cleaning.
• Fully insure the vehicle under a comprehensive policy for the full 6-month period, and provide proof of insurance before collection.
• Use the vehicle for personal use only (social, domestic, pleasure and commuting); business use is not permitted.
• Only the named Winner may drive the vehicle.
• Lease Terms
• Maximum mileage during the lease is 2,500 miles.
• Any mileage over this limit will be charged at a rate of 8p per mile.
• The Promoter reserves the right to inspect the vehicle at handover and return.
• Any damage or loss during the lease period must be reported to Select Car Leasing immediately.
• General
• There is no cash alternative to the Prize.
• The Prize is non-transferable and subject to availability.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
• Entries not received due to technical failure.
• Delays in communication.
• Loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the Prize.
