Select Car Leasing has now passed the 50,000 review benchmark on Trustpilot - and holds an unrivalled five star ‘Excellent’ rating.
More than 50,000 customers have taken the time to pen a write-up about Select on the popular online consumer review platform.
And from those 50,000 Trustpilot reviews, Select has an outstanding rating of 4.9 stars out of a possible 5 - displayed as five stars on the official Trustpilot website.
It’s a ‘remarkable accomplishment’, according to Select Car Leasing Managing Director Graham Conway, and one that means Select is proud to be able to call itself the UK’s most trusted leasing broker.
Mr Conway adds: “Reaching 50,000 reviews with a five star rating is a remarkable accomplishment, but what makes it truly special is knowing that it has been achieved through consistently delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.”
Trustpilot’s own AI-generated summary about Select Car Leasing describes how ‘reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company’.
It adds: “Customers consistently praise the staff for their helpfulness, professionalism, and extensive knowledge, making the leasing process smooth and stress-free.”
Let’s take a look at some of those reviews in more detail.
One from July 3rd 2026 reads: “Amazing customer service from the very first phone call, when I was simply making an enquiry, right through to the post-delivery check-in after receiving my first-ever leased vehicle.”
Another from July 3rd said: “I have had cars from different lease companies before I used Select and can honestly say you can tell the difference with the process. Select were effortless, professional and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.”
Meanwhile a review uploaded on July 1st adds: “From first contact to the car being delivered was a breeze. I didn't get the customary hard sales pitch or constant calls. I explained what make & model I wanted and within a day I had some options to choose from. All the paperwork was easy to sign and completed easily online. Delivery date was advised and I had several calls to make sure all was ok for the day.”
Select doesn’t rest on its laurels and is always striving to raise standards even further.
Any Trustpilot rating of three stars or below is escalated directly to senior management for personal review.
While issues can arise through third-party partners, Select takes full responsibility by managing those relationships closely, refining service level agreements, and continuously improving delivery standards.
