If you're in the market for a seriously capable pick-up without the eye-watering price tag, the all-new GWM POER300 (yep, that’s pronounced “POWER”) should be firmly on your radar.
Arriving in the UK this September, it’s a bold new contender in the double-cab pick-up scene—and we’re excited to be offering it for lease soon.
With a punchy 2.4-litre turbo-diesel engine, nine-speed auto, and full-time 4WD, the POER300 is ready for whatever you throw at it—whether that's hauling gear across a building site, towing a trailer to the farm, or taking on rougher off-road terrain.
With a 3,500kg towing capacity, 1,000kg payload, and clever off-road modes, this truck walks the walk.
But it’s not all grit and grunt.
Inside, you’ll find a well-specced cabin with soft-touch materials, a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and creature comforts like a wireless charging pad and digital driver display.
Depending on your trim—Lux, Ultra, or the stealthy all-black Vanta—you can level up with extras like ambient lighting, a 360° camera, or a sunroof.

Priced from £31,495, the GWM POER300 undercuts rivals like the KGM Musso and the Maxus T60 Max while also offering an alternative to tried-and-trusted pick-ups like the Ford Ranger and VW Amarok.
GMW, meanwhile, is a Chinese manufacturer that also offers regular passenger cars like the Ora 03 and the Haval Jolion Pro.
