Ineos has unveiled a new Trialmaster X variant of its Grenadier Station Wagon SUV and Quartermaster pick-up, billed as the most capable and well-equipped model so far.
The Ineos Grenadier is already one of the most competent off-roaders in its class, coming as standard with a two-speed transfer case with both high and low-range gears and a centre differential lock.
If you’re venturing in the back end of beyond or clambering up a Scottish mountainside, the Grenadier should be your vehicle of choice.
A recent makeover also tweaked the Grenadier’s quirky recirculating-ball steering set-up, with a new variable ratio box allowing for more refined experience on the road.
Now Ineos has upped the ante by revealing the all-singing, all-dancing Trialmaster X, with prices beginning at £75,010 for the Quartermaster pick-up and £75,195 for the Station Wagon.
What is the Ineos Grenadier Trialmaster X?
The Trialmaster X grade builds on the Fieldmaster model and, basically, sees Ineos throwing the options list at it.
You get front and rear locking differentials, BF Goodrich All-Terrain tyres, 17-inch alloys, high load electrical preparation and a raised air intake.
You’ll also enjoy Safari windows (mounted in the roof and which pop up), privacy glass, and a spare wheel lockable storage box.
The cabin boasts black or two-tone leather upholstery, heated front seats, a premium sound system and carpet floor mats.
