Audi Q8 e-tron Sportback Lease
Back in 2020, Audi took its regular, all-electric e-tron SUV and gave it a more sporting, purposeful, coupe-like stance.
Those improved aerodynamics also translate to a better electric range between charges compared with the SUV, too.
And having been heavily revamped for 2023, the Audi Q8 Sportback e-tron offers some serious competition to the likes of the Jaguar I-PACE, Mercedes-Benz EQC and the BMW iX.
Read moreThe Q8 Sportback e-tron sacrifices a modicum of boot space compared with its more traditional SUV sibling - 528 litres for the Sportback compared with 569 litres in the SUV - due to its tapered rear end.
But it can travel further than its Audi stablemate.
The ‘50 Quattro’ models feature a 95 kWh unit that unlocks power of 340 PS and a range of up to 292 miles - nine miles more than the Q8 e-tron SUV.
The ‘55 Quattro’ Q8 e-tron SUV boasts a larger 114 kWh battery pack, as well as power of 408 PS, as well as an extended range of 344 miles - eleven miles more than with the comparable Q8 e-tron SUV.
The Audi Q8 Sportback e-tron supports rapid charging at speeds of up to 170 kW, which will take the battery from 10 to 80% full in around 30 minutes. Want to get the most out of every charge? Take a look at our guide to picking your ideal electric car charger.
Acceleration in the Q8 Sportback e-tron is brisk - with the ‘55’ variant sprinting from 0-62 mph in 5.6 seconds.
But if that’s still not rapid enough for your tastes, you’ll need to consider leasing the Audi SQ8 Sportback e-tron, which has power of 503 PS, a range of up to 295 miles, and which can reach 62mph from a standstill in just 4.5 seconds. Find out how the Q8 e-tron's range will fit into your lifestyle, and consult our guide to official v. real-world battery range.
The Q8 Sportback e-tron SUV is - as you might expect from a flagship Audi product - bristling with equipment as standard. That includes 20 inch alloys, a 360 degree camera, Audi’s ‘pre sense’ danger-detection and avoidance system, and sumptuous adaptive air suspension.
What’s more, because the Audi Q8 Sportback e-tron has zero emissions at the tailpipe, it attracts an ultra-low Benefit in Kind (BIK) tax for business lease customers of just 2% until 2025.

Audi Reviews
It has been a little while since Audi rebranded its ‘e-tron’ model as the Q8 e-tron, but the German company did more than just give the car a new name. All of those changes sound good, and the Q8 e-tron is unquestionably a more rounded car than its predecessor, but is the fastback-styled (and slightly confusingly named) Q8 Sportback e-tron just as compelling?
