The Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT is facing-off against undead enemies as it stars in new horror video game Resident Evil Requiem.
Resident Evil is the world’s most successful horror game franchise and has spawned countless movies and TV shows.
The latest instalment sees iconic main character Leon S. Kennedy doing battle with hordes of zombies while accompanied by a Cayenne Turbo GT as his trusted companion.

Porsche has even built a dedicated show car - featuring specially designed add-on parts created together with Capcom, the game’s makers - to celebrate the collab.
Deniz Keskin, Director of Brand Management & Partnerships at Porsche, said: “An iconic character like Leon and a vehicle as powerful as the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT make for a perfect match.
“Partnering with a beloved gaming franchise like Resident Evil allows us to connect Porsche with global pop culture in a fresh and memorable way.”

The show car also features in a short film that was produced by Capcom and Porsche.
It stars Nick Apostolides, the voice and motion capture artist playing Leon in Resident Evil Requiem. You can watch it here. Be warned, it’s pretty creepy!

How powerful is the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT?
If any car is going to outright unimaginable evil, it’s the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT.
The Turbo GT is the flagship model of the Cayenne Coupe range and it’s not actually a spec that’s available with the more upright Cayenne SUV.
The Turbo GT gets the same power figure as the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe (which sits a rung below) at 739 PS but the GT Package reduces the 0-62mph acceleration by 0.1 second to 3.6 seconds while boosting the top speed to 190mph.

You also get a suite of performance upgrades, which includes a lowered ride height (by 10mm), sport-tuned air suspension, ceramic composite brakes, the Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) system with bespoke traction control settings, and a carbon fibre rear diffuser.
It’s powered by a 4.0-litre twin turbo petrol engine and 25.9 kWh battery.
And because it’s a plug-in hybrid, you’ll still enjoy a range of up to 44 miles on a single charge.
If petrol isn’t your thing, you can also lease the Porsche Cayenne Electric. Range-topping Turbo models are rapid in the extreme and can launch from 0-62mph in just 2.5 seconds.

When is Resident Evil Requiem released in the UK?
Resident Evil Requiem launched in the UK on 27th Feb 2026 and is available on consoles on PC.
Fans are also looking forward to a new Resident Evil movie. It’s a reboot, rather than a sequel, and directed by Zach Cregger (known for Barbarian and Weapons) and it’s slated for release in September 2026.
