Renault Clio Lease

Renault offers a warranty package for the Clio that covers a period of up to 3 years from the date of first registration. You get unlimited mileage during the first 24 months, then a limit of 60,000 miles or 3 years, whichever comes first. All of that means is that the vast majority of lease customers are covered for the duration of their contract. 

The Renault Clio is generally considered to be a reliable car and the hatchback has performed well in recent ownership surveys. A recent What Car? survey gave the Clio an overall owner score of 93.7% and it placed in a league table between the Dacia Sandero and Peugeot 208. The Renault Clio also gets a solid safety rating of 4 stars out of 5 from industry assessors Euro NCAP, who gave the hatchback a score of 82% for child occupant safety.

Renault has attempted to simplify the trim levels offered with the Clio in order to make it easier than ever to pick the right model. The grade list begins at ‘Generation’ and runs through ‘Techno+’, ‘Techno Esprit Alpine’ and ‘Iconic Esprit Alpine’. Base Generation models aren’t available with the full hybrid powertrain, but still come with features like a front and rear parking sensors, a rear view camera, and an infotainment system with sat nav and wireless smartphone mirroring. Models further up the trim ladder boast everything from hands-free parking tech to upgraded sound systems. 

The Renault Clio is an economical hatchback that’s capable of returning up to 65.7 mpg. That figure is achieved if you opt for the full hybrid powertrain. The conventional 1.0-litre petrol engine available with the Clio is also still economical, returning up to 54.3 mpg.
