1) Google MAP or any online GPS navigation can be a handy option for you if you are stuck in traffic and need any alternate route. The Sunday is expected to the quietest day on the roads with around 25% fewer vehicles than the average Sunday.

2) Check your vehicle is roadworthy - water, fuel, oil, tyre air pressure and overall condition of your car.

3) Don’t forget to pack some food to keep you fill in traffic delays.

4) Keep the contact number of your insurance company and driving documents safe in case of a collision.

If you are taking trains, there can sometimes be work over the weekend as fewer passengers use the railways on Bank holidays so the frequency won’t be the same as usual.

Network rail has already notified plans of Easter railway upgrade plan -

Also overseas travellers should leave the home a bit earlier than usual as there are over 200,000 families travelling to the airport compared to a typical Friday to Monday period.

We hope these tips help you to plan your easter journey and we would like to wish you a very HAPPY EASTER to all of you from the Select Car Leasing Team!
