Easy conversation with Tom. I explained what I was looking for - he ran through some options, gave me a mileage quote I couldn’t get to on the site - and at no point was there ever a hard sell. It all happened well in advance too, giving me the best chance to get the car I wanted. Select also helped when the car was available a lot earlier than I planned for.

I have used Select for lease of 4 cars to date and they have found me great deals on cars that I have enjoyed. I have always found Wez and the team very friendly and helpful. The Select portal for submission of identity documents and updating customers on order progress is an effective and useful facility but having been a customer for many years wonder if it does take away some of the personal contact which made Select special. However I will definitely consider using Select for future cars as they have always delivered for me.

Literally don’t know how this company has so many good reviews if our experience is anything to go by! Have been let down twice this week on vehicles, even paying the fee and agreeing finance, only to be told the deals don’t exist. Very disappointing! It’s almost as if you’re being lured in with false advertising to hook you and then trying to get you to pay more to secure the vehicle once they’ve got you interested.
