Why its better to be the designated driver after an office party

The office party is can be great fun, but it can also be fraught with peril. While you may think you’re being entirely appropriate after a few drinks the reality of the situation may be entirely different. So why not be the designated driver this time? Let your colleagues embarrass themselves in front of your boss or, even worse, make a drunken pass at their office crush. While they stumble into the office franticly trying to remember what it is they feel so ashamed of, you can saunter safe in the knowledge that you were on great form the previous night.

Of course, the advantages of being a designated driver go beyond making sure you’re not the one who ruins their career at the office party. You get to make sure your friends are safe and are not included in the number of people who are injured or killed in drink-driving related accidents each year.

Designated drivers also don’t spend the next day wondering how on earth they managed to spend £150 at a free bar.

Hakan at select was so helpful. He did everything to find me the car I wanted at a good price. He was also really helpful once my car had been ordered, chasing the dealer for a date and making sure everything was running smoothly. Very personable and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
