BMW cancelled my first order without any direct communication to me but Nathan from SCL did an amazing job informing me and helping deal with a new order which was fulfilled. In most ways, the continued lack of communication from BMW sales who I dealt with directly (paperwork) persisted and is something that should be improved especially their antiquated paperwork driven approach but that is beyond SCLs remit. Nathan was honest, professional and supportive throughout and has left me with an experience which means SCL will be my first port of call next time.
