The Electrified GV70 is a luxurious, all-electric SUV from Korean manufacturer Genesis, the upmarket vision of Hyundai. And with power to spare and a range of up to 283 miles between charges, the Electrified GV70 is a worthy rival to the Mercedes-Benz EQC, the Audi e-tron, or the BMW iX3.

While the regular GV70 can be enjoyed with a petrol or diesel engine, the all-wheel-drive Electrified model instead makes use of a 77.4 kWh battery that provides 490 PS.
Acceleration is brisk, with 0-62mph taking place in 4.2 seconds when ‘Boost’ mode is deployed.
With 350 kW ultra-fast charging you can take the battery from 0-80% in just 18 minutes.
The interior is minimalist and ‘free from distractions’, according to Genesis, but still remains generously equipped as standard.
You can expect a suite of driver assistance and safety features, including blind spot collision avoidance assist, forward collision avoidance assist, and radar-facilitated highway driving assist.
A remote smart parking assist system also lets you park the Electrified GV70 at the touch of a button on the key fob.
The fully-electric Electrified GV70 also makes sense if you’re a business lease customer, as you’ll enjoy a Benefit in Kind (BIK) company car tax rate of just 2%.
