Spanish brand CUPRA says the compact Raval seeks to ‘redefine urban mobility’ while it’s a car steeped in the firm’s ‘emotional and challenger DNA’.
The Raval is fully electric and delivers a range of up to 280 miles between charges, depending on which variant you choose to lease.
And while it’s a performance-focused EV, built for the cut and thrust of city commuting, it’s also affordable for the class.
The CUPRA Raval is noticeably smaller and sits a class down from the larger CUPRA Born - yet the boxier Raval actually has a bigger boot (430 litres) compared with its bigger Born brother (380 litres).
The CUPRA Raval shares much in common with the VW ID. Polo, with both cars sitting on the same MEB+ electric platform from parent company Volkswagen.

Variants that use the smaller 37 kWh battery pack are able to travel around 186 miles between charges. EV range does, of course, depend on driving conditions and vehicle use.
The Raval uses the MEB+ electric platform from parent company Volkswagen which is shared with the Volkswagen ID. Polo and Skoda Epiq.
