The electric Citroen e-C3 joined the UK leasing market in 2024 as one of the most affordable EVs available, going up against other value vehicles like the Dacia Spring and MG4 EV.
The exterior styling is pleasing, with chunky, SUV-like proportions that belie the e-C3’s compact size, while the uncluttered interior is simple yet refined.
Designed with urban driving in mind, the regular Citroen e-C3 gets a 44 kWh battery that equates to a range of around 198 miles between charges, while the slimline 'Urban Range' model features a smaller 30 kWh battery and a lesser range of around 130 miles.
Meanwhile a 310-litre boot is practical enough for daily use.

Urban Range
The Urban Range model is built with city commuting in mind and features a smaller 30 kWh battery that brings a range of up to 130 miles between charges. Acceleration from 0-62mph takes 10.4 seconds. It's a car designed to be charged at home or at work so comes as standard with 7.4 kW AC charging; faster charging capabilities of 11 kW AC or 30 kW DC are available as optional extras.

Entry-level Plus models feature Citroen’s ‘Advanced Comfort’ seats and suspension and also come with a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen that supports wireless smartphone mirroring. Standard kit also includes Active Lane Departure Warning System, speed limit detection and recommendation, driver attention alert, hill start assist, cruise control, and a speed limiter.
Collection
The Collection grade features red style flourishes on the exterior, black alloys wheels, a reversing camera and dark tinted rear and tailgate windows.
