Changan Deepal S05 Lease

The Changan Deepal S05 is capable of travelling up to 303 miles on a single charge. That figure is for the rear-wheel drive variant, while the more powerful all-wheel drive Changan Deepal S05 gets a lesser WLTP range of up to 278 miles. All models are underpinned by a 68.8 kWh battery. Real-world range will vary based on speed, weather and how you drive.

The Deepal S05 supports high-power DC rapid charging up to 200 kW, meaning you can typically add 30-80% range in around 15 minutes. That’s not class-leading in terms of charging speed but is average for the class. The Changan Deepal S05 also supports AC charging at up to 11 kW. 

The Changan Deepal S05 has a 492-litre boot as well as a front trunk that offers an additional 159 litres of luggage space. That’s strong for the class, with the Nissan Ariya boasting a 468-litre boot and the Geely EX5 offering 461 litres of luggage space in the rear. The VW ID.4’s boot, however, is substantially larger, as is the boot of the MG S6.
