    Joanne Atkinson was very helpful and full on when it came to assisting me leasing the car and using initiative. Despite the delay in receiving the car which was beyond anyone’s control, I managed fine without the car but perhaps consumers should know well beforehand if there will be any chance of delays. I’d also like to point out that despite completing documentation before the deadline, they should have completed and put it through the system straight away because I had to redo them last minute which can cause a bit of stress. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the service and will enjoy the new car.
