    Everything was very well done up to the arranging delivery process. It seems you offer dates but they are not guaranteed until they are confirmed back. This took three attempts to secure a date. It would be better if you could reserve a date for a short period so have chance to speak with customers and then secure it. The deliver itself was excellent.
