The future has arrived for Jaguar with the XE and some thrilling new developments for in-car technology. Jaguar are the latest manufacturer to join a long list focusing on technological advancements in the motoring industry. Among these advancements is an exclusive 8-inch touch screen system.
If WiFi is your thing, this car is what you've been waiting for. The XE's antannae will act as a WiFi Hotspot, and will allow numerous handsets to connect. iOs and Android users have more reasons to celebrate, as the Jaguar InControl Remote will provide users with a variety of vehicle options. Most notably, control of the climate system within the XE, and the ability to unlock doors and start the engine. It doesn't stop there- the car will include a laser HUD which will have the ability to give intricate stats such as navigation and current speed. Crisp, high quality images will also be projected onto the windscreen.
It's a fascinating development, not just for Jaguar but for the industry as a whole and we expect developments before the official unveilment in London on the 8th of September.
