No issues with your service very professional however on receiving the car there was no hand over from the driver other than what was required as in check the car is OK however it took over a day to understand where everything was what needed to be adjusted to suit your requirements how to set up mobile phones etc but the main issue was it needed to have a system upgrade which I was surprised as this would normally have been done by the dealer before sending it out. This is the difference between getting a car from a lease company as against a dealer direct as when we bought a new EV Volvo in July the dealer spent over an hour going through the settings up the car. With cars now being very technical this needs to be thought through I believe as manufacturers don’t include a hand book any more you are expected to find it on line an down load it.
