Fash was a superb link, chasing up already commissioned cars to bring the delivery day in line with my availability and keeping me well informed. A great relationship manager. The only weakness in the process was the delivery,.the drivers gave me no advice, but had already linked their phones into the display.
Helpful from start to finish, brilliant customer service and communication.
Chris Stewart was my point of contact throughout the whole process and was extremely helpful! He was very patient and explained the process very clearly After a slight hiccup with my delivered car, Chris worked very hard and corrected it the next day - thank you!

About the Polestar 4 Coupe
The Polestar 4 was unveiled in 2023 as a ‘new breed of SUV coupe’, boasting state-of-the-art aerodynamics and a svelte, low-slung look.
Polestar says that the Polestar 4 is (perhaps confusingly) positioned between the Polestar 2 and the Polestar 3 in terms of size and price, with the Polestar 3 being the more premium option.
Despite the lower roofline, the Polestar 4 has still been built to ‘celebrate rear occupant comfort and experience’, so there’s plenty of room for passengers.
With power of up to 536 bhp and 686 Nm torque, it's also one of the most potent electric SUVs on the market.
Why lease a Polestar 4 Coupe?
The Polestar 4 will instantly appeal to business lease customers looking for a company car, as its zero-emissions powertrain results in a low Benefit in Kind (BIK) tax burden.
The Polestar 4 will also appeal to those who crave performance. Power of up to 536 hp, courtesy of a large 100 kWh battery, results in a 0-62mph acceleration time of just 3.8 seconds in the most rapid models.
Meanwhile fast charging at up to 200 kW DC, and 22 kW AC charging is included for all versions, as is vehicle-to-load (V2L) capabilities and a heat pump.
A total of twelve cameras, one radar and twelve ultrasonic sensors are fitted as standard, which makes for a raft of semi-autonomous driving functions, and means you don't even need to see out of a rear window.
