About the Leapmotor B10
The B10 is an electric SUV from Chinese manufacturer Leapmotor that enjoys a range of up to 270 miles between charges.
Roughly the size of a Nissan Qashqai or Kia Sportage, the family-sized B10 sits below the larger Leapmotor C10 when it comes to size and price.
The B10’s aim is to offer ‘value without compromise’, according to Leapmotor, and one fully-loaded trim level is packed to the rafters with kit.
As Leapmotor says, the B10 could make it ‘easier than ever for drivers to make the switch to electric’.

The Leapmotor B10 is a compact-to-medium-sized electric SUV that acts as a rival to cars like the Skoda Elroq, Renault Scenic and Peugeot E-3008. Built on the manufacturer’s “LEAP 3.5” architecture, it offers a range of up to 270 miles between charges.
In the UK, the Leapmotor B10 is offered with a 67.1 kWh LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery that brings a range of up to 270 miles between charges. That compares well to some rivals, with entry-level versions of the Skoda Elroq offering around 232 miles of range, but the most affordable versions of the Renault Scenic or Peugeot E-3008 can travel further on a single charge.
The Leapmotor B10’s 67.1 kWh battery produces a healthy 215hp, which is channelled to the rear wheels. You’ll enjoy sprightly acceleration from 0-62mph in 8.0 seconds and the B10 will reach a top speed of 106 mph.
When charging the Leapmotor B10 in public, rapid charging speeds of up to 168 kW DC can take the energy in the battery from 30%-80% in 20 minutes, which is competitive for the class. The B10 also supports AC charging at 11 kW AC.
The Leapmotor B10 has a boot that measures 430 litres and which expands to 1,700 litres with the seats folded. For comparison purposes, the Renault Scenic has a larger boot at 545 litres, the Skoda Elroq has a 470-litre boot, and the Peugeot E-3008 offers 588 litres of boot space.
