About the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N

Not content with the Ioniq 5 N winning multiple awards since its launch in 2021, Hyundai handed its electric CUV (aka ‘crossover-utility vehicle’) to its ‘N’ division.

The ‘N’ stands for both ‘Namyang’, the name of Hyundai’s R&D centre in South Korea, as well as ‘Nurburgring’, the infamous race circuit in Germany.

And with power of 650 PS, 770 Nm torque, and a 0-62 mph acceleration time of just 3.4 seconds, the Ioniq 5 N is truly honed for the track.

Yet it’s also a car that combines ‘hyper hatch performance’ with ‘everyday practicality’, according to Hyundai.

Why lease a Hyundai Ioniq 5 N?

Everything about the Hyundai Ioniq 5 has been designed to put an enormous smile on the faces of lease customers.

It has a unique body, suspension set-up and drivetrain compared with the regular Ioniq 5, as well as a host of performance upgrades.

That includes an ‘N Pedal’ for exhilarating cornering, the ‘N Drift Optimizer’ to get you going sideways on a circuit, and ‘N Torque Distribution’ with an electronic limited slip differential so that you can adjust the grip according to the demands of your inner hooligan.

The ‘N e-shift’ simulates the feel of an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, while ‘N Active Sound+’ pumps noise into the cabin for an ‘exciting sensory experience’ for the driver.

Which Hyundai Ioniq 5 N trim level should I lease?

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 N is available in just one trim level.

You can expect 21-inch alloys, a lowered N sport bodykit with rear spoiler, Alcantara and leather bucket seats, and an N steering wheel, as well as creature comforts like wireless phone charging, a head-up display, and a large 12.3-inch touchscreen. You also get tech to keep you safe on the road, like adaptive cruise control and forward-collision avoidance.

We had a slightly shaky start due to our account manager going off sick and the ball being dropped but when Garry R. took over, it was progressed quickly and efficiently so thank you. Delivery of my Tesla was very quick. Overall, the process was relatively short, helped by a swift delivery timeframe from Tesla.

Very responsive service, regular updates and calls from Sam Spencer and explained all the processes and stages really well. Very easy to talk to and ask questions and not made to feel like was being a difficult customer. The main office and Amber McDonnell have been great as well!
