Genesis is the upmarket division of Korea’s Hyundai - and the G80 is the firm’s luxurious flagship saloon.
While the G80 is available with a traditional 2.5 litre petrol engine, this ‘Electrified’ G80 offers a range of up to 323 miles between charges as well as an ultra-low Benefit in Kind (BIK) tax bracket for company car lease customers.

An attractive alternative to vehicles like the BMW i4 or the Mercedes-Benz EQE, the Genesis Electrified G80 is powered by a large 87.2 kWh battery that provides power of 364 bhp.
Dual motors on the front and rear axles mean the Electrified G80 is all-wheel-drive.
And with the ability to rapid-charge up to 350 kW, the battery can be taken from 10-80% in just 22 minutes. Solar panels on the roof also help to maintain charge.
The Electrified G80 is quick, boasting what Genesis calls ‘refined dynamism’. It might be able to accelerate from 0-62mph in just 4.9 seconds, thanks to torque of 700 Nm, but an insulated interior and active road noise cancelling tech means the cabin is still a serene place to be.
A sophisticated adaptive suspension system with ‘Preview’ enables the Electrified G80 to detect upcoming bumps and potholes in the road, via a camera, before adjusting the damping force accordingly.
The interior is also plush enough to rival anything from rival German manufacturers.
You can expect, as standard, a large 14.5 inch infotainment touchscreen with sat nav, aluminium trim throughout the cabin, as well as driver assistance systems such as smart cruise control, lane keep assist, highway driving assist, and front and rear parking sensors.
