    BMW cancelled my first order without any direct communication to me but Nathan from SCL did an amazing job informing me and helping deal with a new order which was fulfilled. In most ways, the continued lack of communication from BMW sales who I dealt with directly (paperwork) persisted and is something that should be improved especially their antiquated paperwork driven approach but that is beyond SCLs remit.
