Select Car Leasing’s Manchester Office has lent its support to a table-topping local football team.
Wythenshawe Amateurs F.C play in the North West Counties League Division One South - the tenth tier of English football and six promotions away from League Two.
Three games into the new season, the ‘Ammies’ find themselves at the top of the league, winning all three matches.
And the team at Select Car Leasing Manchester say it’s delighted to throw its weight behind the club, embarking on a season-long sponsorship of first team player Arron Hevingham.
The tough-tackling central midfielder made headlines in recent weeks, thanks to an astonishing goal that was showcased in the media.
In a match against Alsager Town, Hevingham launched into a tackle, won the ball cleanly, and calmly lobbed the ‘keeper from near the half-way line.
