Volvo’s all-electric C40 Recharge takes the regular XC40 Recharge SUV and puts a unique, eye-catching spin on things.
The C40 Recharge has a more swooping, coupe-like exterior than the XC40 Recharge, and it sits 70mm lower, too, giving it a more sporty, dynamic look.

A 78kWh battery supplies power to two motors, which drive both the front and rear wheels.
You can enjoy a range of around 274 miles between charges, and the battery can be replenished from 0-80% full in just 28 minutes via 150 kW rapid charging.
The C40 has a 0-62mph time of just 7.4 seconds. With zero emissions at the tailpipe, business lease customers will also reap the rewards of 2% Benefit in Kind (BIK) tax.
The interior oozes Scandinavian style. There’s an innovative infotainment system that has been jointly developed with Google and which is based on the Android operating system.
A large, panoramic glass roof has been specifically designed to show off any mountainous landscapes you happen to be passing through on your own personal grand tour.
Even the backlit translucent graphics on the dashboard and front door panels have been designed to ape Sweden’s mountainous Abisko National Park.
The C40 Recharge’s cabin also features renewable wool fibres as well as carpets created from 100% recycled PET plastic bottles.
