She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step and was comfortable with the decisions I was making. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and her friendly, approachable manner made the whole experience much less daunting than I expected. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to help gave me confidence throughout the process and made what could have been a complicated experience feel very straightforward.
