Ford Focus Estate Review
Becoming one of the most popular cars you can lease, the Estate version gives you much more boot space in exchange for very little – it doesn’t even damage the design that much.
The Ford Focus Estate has been serving-up stylish and practical motoring to busy families for more than two decades - and the latest variants are more desirable than ever.
Lease customers can expect a large 575-litre boot, class-leading handling and driving dynamics, and a wealth of equipment fitted as standard.
You’re also wise to lease the Focus Focus Estate now while you can, with Ford planning to cease production in 2025.

A 1.0-litre Ford ‘EcoBoost’ engine with mild-hybrid support offers power of up to 155 PS and will return around 53 miles to the gallon, which can help to drive down your fuel costs.
The ‘Active X’ variant will also interest lease customers who want a car that sits somewhere between an SUV and an estate. It features outdoorsy exterior styling, including roof rails and plastic wheel arch cladding, as well as a raised ride height.
Meanwhile the Ford Focus Estate ST is the one you want if you crave performance. Here a 2.3-litre petrol engine provides power of 280 PS and the ability to accelerate from 0-62 mph in 5.8 seconds.
Each Ford Focus Estate lease comes with a wealth of standard equipment, with the latest entry-level models featuring 16-inch alloys, a 13.2-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, keyless entry and start, and parking sensors front and rear.
Rivals to the Ford Focus Estate include the Volkswagen Golf Estate, SEAT Leon Estate and Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer.

I had a great experience and good customer service from Garry Rahman, from the moment I enquired for a car quotation to delivery. He is professional, respectful and answered all my questions very patiently. There was no pressure to take a decision in haste which I really liked. He explained all my options clearly and made the entire car buying experience smooth and hassle free. I definitely recommend Garry to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Thank you Garry.
Efficient and professional team
This is the third lease company I’ve used, but in terms of the ordering process, the communication, the documentation and the speed of delivery I would have to place Select first for customer service. I also secured a great price (for a Hyundai Tucson) as well as having the flexibility of not needing to pay a deposit, which made the deal very attractive. However, I’m fully aware that you can’t truly judge a car leasing company until the end of the contract when the car is being returned, as that is what genuinely separates one leasing company from another. On that basis, my rating is based on the relationship to date. The delivery of the car itself was one area where I have experienced a superior service from another lease company. The company in question would deliver their cars on a transporter so the cars were delivered to my house in immaculate condition with something like 20 miles on the clock. The car I received a few days ago was driven about 100 miles to my home, on a rainy day in December, so it was handed over to me dirty. A relatively minor point.
