The latest models also look sharper than ever, with purposeful exterior styling, Y-shaped LED lighting, and practical roof bars fitted as standard.

There’s a good choice of powertrains, with efficient Hybrid variants marrying a 1.6-litre petrol engine with two electric motors and a clutchless gearbox for significant reductions in fuel consumption.

There’s also a 1.2-litre mild-hybrid petrol engine as well as a TCe 100 Bi-Fuel LPG alternative, which has a combined range of more than 800 miles.

The Duster is available to lease with either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The 4x4 models benefit from Dacia’s ‘Terrain Control’ system, which gives you a choice of five drive modes to match the conditions under the tyres.

Entry-level models enjoy a suite of driver assistance and safety tech, including traffic sign recognition, rear parking sensors, driver attention warning, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, advanced emergency braking system and hill start assist.

The range-topping Dacia Duster, meanwhile, offers 18-inch alloys, modular roof bars, synthetic leather upholstery and heated seats.

Rivals to the Dacia Duster include the Suzuki S-Cross, Skoda Karoq and Toyota Yaris Cross.

Dacia Duster Frequently Asked Questions

The Dacia Duster is one of the best value-for-money cars out there. But, if you're still reluctant to spend the money buying one outright, leasing could be a viable alternative. Leasing is increasing in the UK, enabling you to spread your payments out over a pre-agreed period, saving you money. What is even better is that you’ll be spared any headaches over depreciation. Why? Because you hand the car back to us at the end of your lease. You will be getting an excellent SUV that is practical, comfortable to drive and well-equipped.

There are several different Duster models to choose from, each of which comes with a choice of engines. Of course, which Duster version you select will have a large bearing on the price. But the options available mean there is bound to be a combination that suits all tastes and budgets. In addition, our connections within the automotive industry mean we can pass on significant savings to you. So have a good peek at our website to see our latest car lease deals. Then get underway configuring your ideal Dacia Duster.

The Dacia Duster is a rugged SUV capable of off-roading. It features all the creature comforts you would expect of a family-friendly car and comes with a wide selection of engines. These include a Bi-Fuel version that can run on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) if you wish. Providing excellent value for money, with good looks that add to the confidence in its off-roading credentials and a nice-looking interior, you’ll be getting a vehicle that exceeds expectations. Look around our website to discover more information about what’s included on the Duster and begin configuring your ideal SUV.

The Dacia Duster is a dependable and safe car. It features airbags, impact protection, and emergency brake assist, which stops the vehicle from weaving about if you have to slam the brakes on quickly. Meanwhile, top-of-the-range models get a blind spot monitoring system, too. The Dacia Duster has been thoroughly crash tested by the European New Car Assessment Programme (Euro NCAP) as well, earning a creditable rating. In addition, it has lots of room inside and a decent amount of boot space. All this makes it an excellent candidate for families wanting a roomy, value-for-money car.

There are several trim levels available on the Dacia Duster. They include different equipment levels, while choosing a higher trim unlocks more powerful engines. What’s more, those who need the additional range can opt for a Bi-Fuel version which includes an LPG tank, too. Entry-level models come with all the functions you would expect, while more garnish is added in the higher trims. The upscale kit includes an infotainment screen and more safety systems to protect you on the road. Regardless of which options you choose, the Dacia Duster is an excellent car for very little money.

Don't just take our word for it. We're rated at 4.9/5 on independent reviews website Trustpilot from over 49,902 genuine customer reviews
Jon was excellent throughout the process, and really worked hard for me. There was a small price discrepancy, as the “in stock deal” on the website only indicated the price for a base model without any additional options, which was not actually possible to order - which I felt was a little misleading. However, Jon worked up a deal I was happy with, and communicated very well throughout the process - including following up with some issues after delivery. I will definitely use again.

Yeh, good service a bit of headache filling forms couple of times but turn around was very good and with the maintenance cover it’s peace of mind.

What's great: I'm now driving a lovely Lexus at a far more affordable price than I could find elsewhere. My contract includes a full maintenance deal which isn't always available with other providers. The sales process and arranging the finance was a good experience, with lots of support from Dave. Thanks Dave! BUT ... Once the contract had been agreed, communication was terrible. I was told that I would get access to the portal (which is the only way to track progress) 'shortly': it took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails (initiated by me)to gain access. Promises to phone me back were not met. In the end, Dave sorted it out. Thanks Dave. The portal looked promising as it appeared that I could track my car's journey from the factory in Japan to delivery. However, apart from me uploading identity documents to it (not acknowledged until I got in contact), the portal did not change except to put my expected delivery date back a month (no explanation). Then out of the blue, the Lexus dealership phoned me to say that my car was ready for collection. This was surprising as the portal located the car in Japan, and gave me a bit of a dilemma as I needed to get rid of my current car at very short notice (anyone looking for an Audi Q2?). Nothing from Select Car until I contacted them to say where the car was. Their failure to contact me was apparently the Lexus dealership's fault in some way ... which I find hard to believe to be honest. I made the decision to collect the car rather than have it delivered, in order to get a proper dealership handover, which I was told was fine. Only nothing happened until I phoned Select Car and was told that I had to arrange collection directly with the dealer. That was news to me, but I did it, and was then sent regular emails informing me that my car was due to be delivered to my house on that date. A few more phone calls followed to sort that out ... Maybe I just had a poor experience. Maybe if you go for a car that is in stock rather than a factory order the process might be smoother. At the end of the day, I did get my car at a good price and within the original time frame, so on reflection I've changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars. But it was a frustrating journey which some joined-up communications at Select Car would have made a happier overall experience.
