In particular, Joanne Atkinson was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process. As a first-time lease customer, I had plenty of questions, and Joanne never made me feel rushed or that any question was too small or insignificant. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step and was comfortable with the decisions I was making. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and her friendly, approachable manner made the whole experience much less daunting than I expected. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to help gave me confidence throughout the process and made what could have been a complicated experience feel very straightforward. I’d definitely recommend Select Car Leasing to anyone considering leasing a car, especially if it’s your first time.
