There were no hidden costs, and everything was laid out transparently from the start, which I appreciated. The customer service team was accommodating and responsive. They promptly answered all my questions and guided me through the process, though there was a slight delay in responding during busy times. Despite that, they were polite and resolved all my concerns quickly.
