First launched in 2021, the E-Scudo is Fiat’s fully-electric alternative to the regular, diesel-powered Scudo van.
The E-Scudo promises the ‘same comfort as a car’, according to Fiat, coming with an ergonomic driving position and compact proportions that ‘allow you to face the working day without stress, even on the longest journeys’.
You can expect a wealth of creature comforts to be fitted as standard, including a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen, smartphone mirroring and safety tech like Hill Start Assist, Emergency Brake Assist, and Electronic Brakeforce Distribution.
The Fiat E-Scudo shares its platform with a host of other vans from the Stellantis stable, which makes it a close relative of the Peugeot e-Expert, Citroen e-Dispatch and the Vauxhall Vivaro Electric.

A Fiat E-Scudo lease is available with a choice of two different batteries - a 50 kWh unit and a larger 74 kWh powertrain.
The smaller of those two batteries unlocks a range of around 140 miles while the larger unit promises a range of up to 219 miles between charges.
The E-Scudo comes in two wheelbases, with a load volume of up to 5.8 m3 in L1 form, or 6.6 m3 in L2 size (for the panel van).
The cabin of the panel van comes with three seats as standard, while the Crew variant boasts 6-seats as well as a generous 4.0 m3 load volume for the Crew variant with the L2 length (it’s 3.2 m3 for the Crew with the L1 wheelbase).

The E-Scudo offers two battery options: a 50 kWh pack and a larger 75 kWh unit. The larger battery offers a range of up to 219 miles between charges while the smaller 50 kWh powertrain can journey for around 140 miles. Those range figures are consistent for both the panel van and Crew van variants of the E-Scudo.
Using a public DC rapid charger at speeds up to 100 kW, you can get from near-empty to 80% in around 30 minutes for the 50 kWh battery, or 45 minutes for the larger 75 kWh battery. Using a 7.5 kWh wall box for AC charging, expect a full charge to take around 7 hours for the smaller battery or 11 hours for the larger unit.
Panel Van: The L1 panel van with the 75 kWh battery offers a 1,001kg payload and 5.8 m3 load volume. Choosing the E-Scudo with the smaller battery increases the payload to around 1,220kg.
The L2 panel van with the 75 kWh battery offers a 1,001 kg payload and 6.6 m3 load volume. Again, choosing the smaller 50 kWh increases the payload to around 1,220kg.
Crew Van: The Fiat E-Scudo Crew Van is only available with the 75 kWh battery. L1 models enjoy a payload of around 940 kg and 3.2 m3 load volume. L2 Crew vans increase the load volume to 4.0 m3 while the payload is around 950 kg.
The towing capacity of the Fiat E-Scudo varies slightly according to wheelbase and whether you’re driving the panel van or Crew van, but you can typically expect it to pull a 1,000 kg braked load.
You can lease the Fiat E-Scudo in two wheelbase lengths; L1 and L2. That’s consistent across the panel van and Crew van variants, with payloads and load volumes varying accordingly. The Crew van is only available with the larger 75 kWh battery while the panel van unlocks a more affordable 50 kWh powertrain.
