Tom was especially helpful and ensured he answered any questions I had quickly, made sure I was kept up to date on progress, and helped move things along the way. The process leading to delivery of the car is a two pronged event - initially the sales side handles the task, and this was done well. Good communication and info flow. Once a decision is made for a vehicle then it's over to the documents side of things which isn't as fluid. My experience led to a couple of weeks delay whilst form details were collated and sadly poorly prepared, primarily in the hands of the financing company. Once that hurdle was overcome, it was back to straight forward and delivery was uneventful.
