Jeannine of Select Car Leasing was very helpful and her service with the company portal was brilliant. For me this was a big decision and Jeannine was totally professional in her approach of both information and helping me choose the best vehicle and what options suited me. Once I had formally proceeded with contract, Jeannine stayed with me through the process and helped with all questions and communication to dealer. Would totally recommend Select Car and thank you Jeannine for all that you did.

Christopher was very easy to deal with there was lots of communication and we were constantly kept up to date. If we had any queries we were able to call up and everything was fully explained.

Excellent service from Select Car Leasing consultant Sam Spencer who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Two points that I raise may benefit S.C.L. to achieve improvement are :- 1. The portal system . It is not updated on a regular basis and did not reflect the current situation . 2. Finalisation of financial documents. I was issued with two completely separate and differing detailed documents to sign for the same vehicle and return same to differing addresses. This was alarming and confusing that two parties from different locations insist on this procedure. It is noted this has been an issue with another of your recent customers . This procedure certainly needs addressing to alleviate customer concerns.
