Very knowledgable, he’s always on hand to help and has gone out of his way to assist when needed. If you’re thinking of leasing a car I would highly recommend using Select and Cameron.

Really good company to lease your car with. They have some great offers and their communication is second to none. This is the third time I have leased from Select Car Leasing.

Easy process from start to finish

The initial process was great, the best value deal I could find. I did find 1 slightly cheaper quote for a lesser model but Select convinced me the car would be delivered faster and for the small difference in price felt like it made sense to pay a few more pounds per month for a better model delivered faster. Paid my deposit, got given a portal login then everything went quiet during manufacturing/shipping. With the estimated delivery date approaching (1st week of April) I chased (March 25th), suddenly the estimated delivery date pushed back two weeks to the 19th of April. No explanation. I then explained due to work commitments I needed the car in my possession before the 30th, I was told the system was still showing the 19th. So plenty of room for error. Then nothing again, so I chased on the 10th. I was then told it'd be within 5 days of the 19th.... Silence again, so I called and was told there was some problems at the port. On the 18th I chased again as there had been no update...Still problems at the port but they were "chasing daily" although no one was feeding anything back to me...! 24th, it was becoming clear I wouldn't have the car in time for the 30th...I asked for some compensation as I'd need to hire a car, they can't but they'll "keep chasing". Eventually on May 1st a month after my estimate, I got a delivery date of the 9th. I then asked if it could be Brought forward apparently not possible. It's cost me £200 in hire fees and train fares to cover my work commitments. The car arrive almost 6 weeks later then the estimate, the communication was awful. The car is great, but honestly had I know of what I'd go through prior I'd of gone with the other company....

Very easy from start to finish, got turned down by the first finance company but Shane was very helpful in pushing the deal through with the second company. Kept me updated very regularly by phone and email, even on weekends.

Really easy and pleasant experience getting my leases car over the line. Was helped by Thomas Brown who kept in communication with me the whole time to ensure I was updated and at ease, couldn’t recommend enough!
