    Alex was super helpful when discussing my needs and devising a quote. The only bug bears I have is that the text and email updates that received during the process were all out of order making it confusing to understand what was required of me and when. Although you should receive updates on the process of your order within the customer portal I did have to chase on one occasion as I hadn’t heard anything in a timeframe they advised that I should. I did feel that there were some delays in receiving my car but overall a really positive experience for a first time leaser and would definitely recommend
