The Vivaro Electric is a battery-powered, medium sized van from Vauxhall which has dominated the electric light commercial vehicle (e-LCV) sector since its launch.

You can expect the best of all worlds, as the Vivaro Electric has a hefty payload of up to 1,226 kg, as well as a class-leading electric range of up to 217 miles.

You can lease the Vauxhall Vivaro Electric as a panel van, double cab, or platform cab, and it is also available in two load lengths.

A pair of battery sizes are also available - 50 kWh or 75 kWh.

With the largest of those two batteries, using a 100 kW rapid charger will replenish the battery up to 80% in just 45 minutes.

Entry level models come with cruise control, 16 inch steel wheels, rear parking sensors, and a 7-inch touchscreen.

Meanwhile range-topping variants add, among other things, a sat nav, alloy wheels, front and rear parking sensors, and a FlexCargo load-through bulkhead.

A great alternative to electric vans like the Mercedes-Benz eVito, Peugeot e-Expert and the Maxus E Deliver 3 it’s also important to remember that if you’re using the van for private use, a zero emission load-lugger, like the Vivaro Electric, will mean significant savings in terms of any Benefit in Kind (BIK) tax owed to HMRC.
