Mercedes C Class has proved its strong benchmark among UK car buyers and become one of the all-time favourite executive saloon car.

As we all know, Mercedes is one of the most luxurious cars that you many people ever want to drive and the C Class is one of the most well-known and competitive executive saloon cars on the market; giving you a high riding experience for an affordable price.

The C Class is best known for its great looks, upmarket interior, sophisticated cabin, great driving handling and powerful yet economical engines giving strong competition to its executive car segments such as BMW 3 Series, Audi A4 and Jaguar XE.

The 2.1 litre diesel engines are the best selling models in a range of C220 and C350 BlueTEC for its competitive fuel economy and plenty of power.  

3)  Choice of body style

The C Class is a spacious, powerful and good looking car that comes in three body styles: saloon, estate and coupe. Estate and coupe offers a bigger boot space compared to saloon with a total space of 450 litres. 

4)  Safety comes first

No matter which model you choose, basic SE or AMG line edition; all the C Class comes with a whole range of  safety features as standard including attention assist, collision prevention assist, tyre pressure monitoring system, reversing camera, rain sensing windscreen wipers, electric parking brake, electronically stability control are also included.

It is no surprise; the C Class has achieved the maximum five stars from EuroNCAP crash safety ratings. However the Sport and AMG Line models are fitted with an automatic gearbox and driving assistance pack, adaptive cruise control, a blind spot warning sensor and lane assistance system. 

5)  Space and practicality

The C-Class is known for its comfortable seats, decent amount of front, head and legroom. All the models come with rear seats split folding as standard and the load bay is easily wide enough to take a set of golf clubs. There are plenty of door bins and a number of useful cubbyholes in the dashboard making for appealing practicality.

6)  Loads of standard features

The interior is one of the best in its class of the new C Class. With an entry level SE model that comes with multi spoke alloys, leather wrapped steering wheel, a multi-touch control touchpad and agility select which allows you to choose between five different modes: comfort, eco, sport, sport+ and individual. 

7)  Sophisticated cabin

The boot space has been improved and much better than before which offers a total of 480 litres of luggage space which can be expanded by folding the rear seats down. The boot opening is wide enough to put big items easily.
