Key Facts – Hire Purchase with Balloon Terms

➢ Your order will be communicated to one of our *finance providers and you will need to enter into a separate Finance Agreement with them to lease, hire, or otherwise finance the Vehicle from the relevant dealer supplying the Vehicle.8*Details can be provided upon request
➢ Your agreement is an agreed for a term [3 Year] agreement (with maintenance).
➢ If you wish to end the agreement before the end of the term, please contact your finance provider for a settlement figure.
➢ Late payment can incur additional charges.
➢ You will take ownership of the vehicle subject to settlement of the final balloon payment and option fee’s. Alternatively, please reach out to your consultant to obtain quotations for refinancing your balloon should you wish to.
➢ Activation of In-car Connected services within all vehicles – please contact your finance/insurance provider before activation of any additional connected services - *there may be exceptions to this – please enquire – please note that some finance companies do not support performance enhancement software as this can contribute to the wear and tear of the vehicle.
➢ Vehicles should be customer maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
➢ A new vehicle - comes with a [3 Years / 60,000 miles] manufacturer’s warranty (from the date of 1st registration). To avoid invalidating the warranty or incur additional costs the vehicle should be serviced and maintained strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. If the vehicle is pre-registered the warranty will start at the point of registration and therefore can expire prior to the vehicle being returned and an MOT may also be required.
➢ A used vehicle – will come with the remainder of the manufacturer’s warranty and/or additional warranty outlined in your order.
➢ It is your responsibility to obtain a road fund licence and MOT should it be required.
➢ You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is covered by comprehensive motor insurance. You should inform your motor insurance company that the vehicle is subject to
