There are three variants of the Tesla Model Y available to lease; Rear-Wheel Drive, Long Range and Performance (see further details below).
The entry-level RWD Model Y is equipped with a 60 kWh battery which translates to a range of up to 283 miles between charges. Rapid charging at speeds of up to 170 kW DC can take the battery to 172 miles full in around 25 minutes.
The dual-motor Long Range model gets a larger 75 kWh battery and 331 miles worth of range, while the Performance Model Y is capable of accelerating from 0-60mph in just 3.5 seconds while still affording a maximum range of 319 miles between trips to the plug.
The interior is another stand-out feature of the Tesla Model Y.
Standard equipment includes a 15-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless phone charging, heated seats in the front and back, a vegan interior, heated steering wheel, a reversing camera, and a panoramic glass roof.
It’s also an exceptionally safe lease vehicle, scoring the maximum five stars from industry safety assessors Euro NCAP while also achieving a near-perfect rating of 97% for adult occupant protection.
The Tesla Model Y also makes perfect sense as a company car, with EVs attracting low Benefit in Kind (BIK) rates compared with traditionally-fuelled cars and hybrids.

Rear-Wheel Drive
The Rear-Wheel Drive is the most affordable variant in the Tesla Model Y line-up, offering power of 260 bhp and a range of up to 283 miles between battery charges. The Model Y Rear-Wheel Drive will also accelerate from 0-60mph in 6.6 seconds.
