Excellent leasing company and customer service - they were great at organising everything and informing us of all the relevant information as first time leasers. We needed a car very quickly and they were able to help us incredibly well, kept us in the loop and answered all or concerns honestly. Their online portal is great for keeping track of the progress. There were however a few hiccups with the Bank lenders (Santander) which neither we or the selectcar could explain our queries which was slightly frustrating. And some of the prompts on the online portal could be clearer eg needing documents that are validated/certified in the last 3 months rather than any copy of them to stop having to re-upload documents. On the whole, great service and very efficient
