Nissan Juke Lease

The Nissan Juke might have been launched way back in 2010 - but it shows absolutely no signs of losing its crown as the King of the compact SUV crossovers.

With distinctive styling and solid performance the Juke is often credited with kickstarting the SUV crossover trend. And it’s proved so popular that more than a million Jukes have rolled off the production line at the Nissan factory in Sunderland.

A facelift for the Juke in 2024 provided a fresh interior, larger touchscreen, and the addition of a 'dynamic' N-Sport trim level.

A great vehicle when it comes to a personal lease, the Juke excels in a number of areas, including safety and reliability.

A major facelift has seen improvements to both the exterior and interior making the Juke roomier than ever, with rear-seat knee room increasing by 5.8 cm, rear headroom by 1.1 cm, and luggage capacity boosted by 20% to create 422-litres.

Add in the option of a self-charging hybrid powertrain to keep fuel costs down, and you’ve got yourself a lease vehicle that’s a perfect all-rounder.

That means that leasing a Juke remains a fierce competitor to the new Ford Puma, as well as cars like the Skoda Kamiq and SEAT Arona.

There are six different Jukes to choose from - Visia, Acenta, N-Connecta, Enigma, N-Sport, Tekna and Tekna+. And even in base Visia form you get 16 inch alloys, LED headlamps, cruise control and a lane departure warning system.

When it comes to the choice of engines, you can choose from a 1.0 litre three cylinder turbo petrol which produces a healthy 114 PS and returns 48 miles the gallon while emitting just 110 g/km of CO2.

Or you’ve got the aforementioned hybrid powertrain which utilises a 1.6 litre petrol engine with power of 143 PS.

The Juke - which sits in the Nissan SUV range alongside the larger Qashqai and X-Trail models - is also available in a dizzying array of interior and exterior combinations.

We have a team of friendly, informative and knowledgeable sales staff who have great experience when it comes to Nissan Juke personal contract hire. About the Nissan Juke

The Nissan Juke should need little introduction - it’s been going strong since 2010 and has served countless lease customers extremely well.

The design - which takes all the best bits of a hatchback and an SUV and mashes them together - offers a raised ride height, plenty of room in the rear, and a generous boot.

Meanwhile the introduction of a hybrid powertrain will help lease customers slash their fuel costs, with that particular variant offering fuel economy of 55 miles to the gallon.

As a rival to the Ford Puma, Volkswagen T-Cross, Skoda Kamiq and Kia Niro, it’s tough to beat.

Why lease a Nissan Juke?

Affordability lies at the heart of a Nissan Juke lease.

For a low monthly fee you can get behind the wheel of a trend-setting crossover that continues to evolve and adapt for the demands of the modern world.

There are lots of different trim levels up for grabs to suit your preferences, and both the traditional petrol engine and the hybrid powertrain will help to keep fuel costs low - the 1.0 petrol unit returns up to 48 mpg.

You can also expect a refined ride, plenty of cargo carrying capability, and an abundance of equipment fitted as standard.

Which Nissan Juke trim level should I lease?

There are five different trims to choose from, each coming with their own standard-fit level of kit.

Visia

Visia

The entry-level Visia Nissan Juke features LED headlights, DAB radio, cruise control with speed limiter; lane departure warning and intelligent lane intervention.

N-Connecta

N-Connecta

It’s at this trim level where the Hybrid powertrain becomes an option. You can also expect sat-nav, automatic climate control, and a leather steering wheel.

Tekna

Tekna

Approaching the top of the range, the Tekna Juke features 19 inch alloys, heated front seats, ambient lighting, uprated audio system, and Nissan’s ‘Advanced Safety Shield Pack’ with intelligent cruise control.

Tekna+

Tekna+

These top-of-the-range variants boast a silver finish on the front bumper, two-tone metallic paint, and a 360 degree camera.

What vehicles are similar to the Nissan Juke that I should consider?

Ford Puma Hatchback

Ford Puma Hatchback

The Ford Puma boasts a similarly eye-catching design as the Juke and is also available as both a mild-hybrid and performance ‘ST’ model.

Seat Arona Hatchback

Seat Arona Hatchback

The Arona from SEAT is a compact crossover powered by either a 1.0 litre petrol engine or larger 1.5 litre unit - both of which are economical.

Kia Stonic Estate

Kia Stonic Estate

Another exceptionally affordable crossover, the Kia Stonic is a slightly smaller sibling to the Kia Niro and features a 1.0 litre petrol engine with the option of mild-hybrid tech.

Toyota Yaris Cross SUV

Toyota Yaris Cross SUV

The ‘Cross’ version of the Toyota Yaris has a raised ride height and also features a 1.5-litre self-charging hybrid engine which will return up to 64 mpg.

MG Motor UK MG4 EV Hatchback

If you’re after an all-electric alternative to the Nissan Juke, the affordable MG4 EV is award-winner with a range of up to 281 miles.

Nissan Juke Review

Standout styling and a great interior make the Juke a top choice for those that don’t want to just blend into the crowd. Its quirky looks make it stand out among the competition, and it backs up the visual pizazz with a top-quality interior and a pretty decent driving experience too.

Part of Nissan's electrification, the Nissan Juke Hybrid retains the Juke's stylistic design and practicality, now with a low-emissions twist. ‘You can also read our review of the Nissan Juke Hybrid, which has a self-charging powertrain and will return up to 56 miles to the gallon’.

Nissan Juke Frequently Asked Questions

Nissan’s Juke is a funky, eye-catching small SUV crossover at an attractive price. It comes with plenty of features as standard and is fun to drive too. With a punchy-but-efficient petrol engine and a choice of a hybrid powertrain as well as a manual or automatic gearboxes, it won’t cost the earth to run or lease. It comes in a range of trim levels to suit different budgets.

Considering its style and the amount of features you get with it, the Juke is very competitively priced when it comes to leasing rates. But that’s especially true at Select Car Leasing, thanks to our market-leading links with the automotive industry. These let us offer you the most competitive leasing rates and special offers in the UK, so check out the full list of Nissan Juke deals now and find the best one for you.

The Juke trades on its style, and has done so ever since it was first introduced back in 2010. This is the second-generation model, which was launched in 2019. Built in Sunderland, it’s got a bold visual design and a sporty stance, with the high ride height of an SUV. You get five good-sized seats and a roomy boot, and a three-cylinder, 1.0-litre engine that has plenty of oomph. A sophisticated self-charging hybrid powertrain is also available.

It drives nicely through the bends too, with composed road-holding skills. The interior is similarly stylish to the outside and all models come with plenty of features. Higher-spec models get some limited self-driving features, which really help you stay relaxed on the motorway.

The Juke was reviewed and tested by independent safety organisation Euro NCAP in 2019 and was given the maximum five-star score, with particularly good marks in the adult occupant safety tests. All models get automatic emergency braking systems fitted as standard, as well as lane-departure warning systems.

Higher-spec versions can add lane-keep assist, which actively nudges you back into your lane if you veer out of it, and a blind-spot warning system, as well as tech to watch out for oncoming vehicles when you’re reversing out of a parking space, and adaptive cruise control. When it comes to practicality, there’s room for two adults in the back as long as they’re not too tall, and there’s a big boot with a wide opening for larger objects.

There are two engines to choose from with a Juke lease - a traditional 1.0 litre petrol unit or a more powerful, more efficient 1.6 litre self-charging hybrid powertrain.

The entry-level Visa trim has LED lights, DAB radio and Bluetooth and cruise control, but if you want a proper 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, then you’ll want to start your search with the Acenta models, which also has17-inch wheels and a rear-view camera. The N-Connecta trim is where you can choose the option of the self-charging hybrid engine and also adds bigger alloy wheels, sat-nav and climate control. Tekna models have chunky 19-inch alloys, more advanced safety systems and a Bose sound system. The top-spec Tekna+ has two-tone metallic paint and a choice of exterior personalisation features on the outside.

Don't just take our word for it. We're rated at 4.9/5 on independent reviews website Trustpilot from over 35,404 genuine customer reviews

Which Nissan Juke engine is right for me?

Your choice here is limited to just two engines - but both have a unique appeal.

1.0 DiG-T

The 1.0 litre petrol ‘DiG-T’ engine is small but punchy, returning power of 114 PS and great fuel economy. It’s perfect for the demands of daily driving.

1.6 Hybrid

The joy of this particular hybrid is that it doesn’t need to be plugged in as it’s self-charging. It develops power of 143 PS and 205 Nm of torque and will accelerate you from 0-62mph in a shade over 10 seconds.
