    One of the key drawbacks of electric cars, in the eyes of sceptics, is the relatively short range you can travel on a single charge compared to conventional fuel. But the Hyundai Kona Electric rejects those views, with up to 300 miles possible before you need to plug it in again. What’s more, you don’t have to pay through the nose for it. Emission-free driving aside, the Kona is a quirky-looking and impressively practical car that handles well and delivers zippy performance.

    The process leading to delivery of the car is a two pronged event - initially the sales side handles the task, and this was done well. Good communication and info flow. Once a decision is made for a vehicle then it's over to the documents side of things which isn't as fluid. My experience led to a couple of weeks delay whilst form details were collated and sadly poorly prepared, primarily in the hands of the financing company. Once that hurdle was overcome, it was back to straight forward and delivery was uneventful.
